This is second smallest gem that we do and is very popular for people wanting something subtle a bit sparkly for a new nose piercing or cartilage piercing; Including Helix, Forward Helix, Tragus, Flat, Auricle, and Conch. May also be suitable for some lip piercings :-) 

N.B. For nose we don't use the usual nose 'screws' because they fall out easily. Also they only come in one size and noses are all different shapes and sizes. With our nose 'labrets' we can select the correct size to fit the nose :)
